Banshu Ikkon Junmai Ginjo「Kaede no Shizuku」
This Junmai Premium sake is made from pristine natural spring water that flows under the "Akasai Valley" in Haga,
a town neighboring Yamasaki-cho, Shisoh-shi, Hyogo, where our brewery is.
Maple trees grow wild in the "Akasai Valley", so the leaves turn red like flames in fall,
so we named this sake "Maple Droplets (Kaede no Shizuku)".
It gives off a slightly sweet and sour scent reminiscent of the strawberry fruit.
The taste is very mellow, not bitter, and comforting.
