JUN~Banshu Ikkon Junmaiginjyo Natsu no usunigori
Conjuring images of summer, this is a refreshing usunigori (slightly-cloudy) sake with a slight fizz and light,
sharp initial touches that tickle the appetite.
The motif is the summer in Shiso City, where the brewery is located.
This sake is a slightly bubbly natsuzake (summer sake) with a flavor that develops
from a light initial touch into a perfectly honed sweetness.
The unusually eye-catching label was created in collaboration with art students, and is intended as a depiction of Shiso,
the city that is home to Banshu Ikkon.
The sake uses "Yamada Nishiki" and "Hyogo Yume Nishiki" rice produced in Yokawa in Hyogo Prefecture,
a location designated as a special A district. And justice is done to this extraordinarily luxurious choice of brewing rice,
with its quality shining through in every sip.
The refreshing acid gives a refreshing feeling like citrus fruits.
It is a versatile type of nigori liquor that can be recommended to anyone.
