This is a Nigori-zake (cloudy rice wine) made by mixing "Banshu Ikkon Honjozo Freshly Filtered" with lots of sake sediments.

It is full of flavor and refreshing like young sake is supposed to be,
While the sake sediments make the flavor well-rounded and add texture.
The thick sediments left at the bottom can be enjoyed with soda to finish off your drinking session.
