While portraying many layers of taste that is typical of sake made using Aiyama rice from Hyogo,
It also has a sharp, strong aftertaste that "Banshu Ikkon" emphasizes for our sake.
This is a one-of-a-kind "Aiyama sake" that expresses two distinct tastes in one bottle.
As it is made using the traditional "Yamahai" method of making sake, it will have different taste profiles at different temperatures.
While it tastes great chilled as well as at room temperature, we highly recommend trying it hot too.
When heated up, it gives off a mellow sweetness that balances off the astringency and allows you to enjoy even more complex tastes.
